Record Application Form

Choose a record to break or set a new record. Use your talent to find out the excellent skill in you, be creative, the more extraordinary the accomplishment, the more likely it is to be featured in the Glow world Records.

STEPS

Fill the online APPLICATION FORM and submit.

Mention the detailed description of your claim which you are trying to set as a record.
Mention the tentative date, time and venue of the attempt.
Wait until you receive a reply from the Glow world Records Team. The team will give you details regarding the submission of evidence.
-In case you are interested to invite a judge, the event management team will coordinate with you.
After all the documents are received, I Glow world Records Team will process your claim within 4-6 working days. In case of incomplete documentation, the team will contact the applicant via email or call.
Glow world Records Team will let you know the final decision on your registered email ID.
In case your claim is approved, your record confirmation e-mail will be sent to your registered mail ID. You are required to check the facts and figures related to your achievement. Kindly e-mail us for any changes/factual errors.
Order your Special Record Holder’s Pack. Click Here to know more about it.
GWR team will then process your Achiever’s Pack order. It will take 3-4 weeks to dispatch your pack after the confirmation of payment.
After receiving the achiever’s pack. Send us your HD quality picture with the Achiever’s Pack .
